Called a ‘culinary guru’ by The New York Times and inducted into the Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America, Dorie Greenspan is the author of ten cookbooks; her latest, Around My French Table, was on The New York Times Bestseller List and named the “Cookbook of the Year” for 2010 by Epicurious and Amazon. Dorie is a four-time James Beard Foundation award-winner for her cookbooks and magazine articles and a two-time winner of the IACP’s Cookbook of the Year Award.
